Sr Analyst, Financial Operations & Analysis

This role supports financial performance analysis and reporting for designated regions, acting as a key contributor to financial tasks and a point of contact for field and executive leadership. You will assist in preparing financial reports, developing educational materials, and supporting strategic initiatives to simplify healthcare delivery.

• Support financial performance analysis and reporting for assigned divisions
• Prepare financial reports, projections, and executive discussion content
• Assist in developing educational materials for field leaders
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and support strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with Data Science team on project evaluations
• Requires 3-5 years of healthcare finance experience and advanced Excel skills
