Despatch Controller

Manage and control all dispatch operations for a bakery, ensuring accurate loading, timely dispatch, and complete documentation for customer deliveries, inter-depot transfers, and shipments. You will be responsible for maintaining service levels, minimizing losses, controlling stock, and leading the dispatch team to achieve operational excellence.

• Manage daily dispatch operations, including planning, coordination, and control
• Oversee stock control and reconciliation, ensuring inventory accuracy
• Coordinate fleet and transport logistics for efficient loading and dispatch
• Supervise and lead dispatch team members, allocating tasks and monitoring performance
• Ensure loading and dispatch accuracy, minimizing errors and product losses
• Maintain high customer service levels and investigate delivery failures
