Accounting Manager

Element Fleet is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead accounting activities for their North American operational lease portfolio. This role involves overseeing the monthly close process, ensuring financial reporting accuracy, developing team members, and strengthening internal controls. You will also partner with cross-functional teams on new business initiatives and process improvements.
