About this role
Flex is seeking a Cost Accountant in Salt Lake City, Utah, to prepare and maintain accounting records, research financial data, and provide advice. This role involves reviewing P&L accounts, comparing actuals to forecasts, reconciling balance sheet accounts, and identifying financial risks. The accountant will also collaborate with operations teams to improve business metrics and ensure timely financial reporting.
What we are looking for

- Research and interpret accounting records
- Perform periodic review of Profit and Loss (P&L) accounts
- Compare Actual vs. Forecast/Quote and research variances
- Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts
- Collaborate with Operations team to improve metrics
