Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting, Hybrid Chicago, IL

CDW is seeking a Senior Accountant for Financial Reporting in Chicago, IL. This hybrid role involves researching and analyzing complex accounting issues, implementing new US GAAP and SEC standards, and preparing quarterly financial statements. You will collaborate with various teams to document accounting positions and support external audits.

• Research US GAAP/SEC rules for complex technical accounting issues
• Perform and document review of material revenue contracts per ASC 606
• Prepare and file Form 10-Q and Form 10-K with the SEC
• Partner with Investor Relations on public release materials
• Prepare monthly internal financial reporting
• Assist with purchase accounting for business combinations
