Finance and Accounting Intern

Materion is seeking a motivated Finance and Accounting Intern to join their team in Mayfield Heights, OH. This internship offers hands-on experience in cost accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax compliance, treasury functions, and internal audit. The role involves preparing financial statements and reports, and participating in special projects.

• Assist in cost accounting activities and analyze cost variances
• Support FP&A with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Participate in tax compliance and reporting processes
• Contribute to treasury functions including cash management
• Collaborate with internal audit on financial controls
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
