Lead Specialist - Finance & Accounting

As a Lead Specialist in Finance & Accounting, you will manage a portfolio of complex client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. You will also mentor junior team members and contribute to broader team management duties, playing a key role in delivering exceptional financial services.

• Manage client portfolios from planning to completion
• Prepare accurate accounting information and ad hoc financial reports
• Accountable for work quality and peer review
• Train, coach, and mentor direct reports
• Part-qualified AAT/ACCA or equivalent experience
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial services industry experience
