Senior Financial Planning Analyst

As a Senior Financial Planning Analyst, you will drive financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for Generac's Domestic Commercial & Industrial business, focusing on engineer-to-order power solution projects. This role involves detailed project costing, performance reviews, variance analysis, and developing financial dashboards to provide actionable insights. You will partner closely with various teams to ensure financial accuracy and support strategic growth initiatives.

• Support financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for engineer-to-order projects
• Perform detailed project cost analysis and lead performance reviews
• Manage sales-related financial activities including rebates and commissions
• Develop financial dashboards, KPIs, and management reports
• Analyze variances and provide actionable insights to leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Finance and 5+ years of accounting/financial analysis experience
