Senior Cost Accountant

True Anomaly is seeking a Senior Cost Accountant to ensure the accuracy and integrity of program costs. You will own the end-to-end process for non-labor program costs, partnering with stakeholders to build scalable accounting processes and manage the inventory process. This role is ideal for a problem solver who thrives in an autonomous environment.

• Own all non-labor program costs, ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Partner with business and finance teams to track, validate, and report program costs
• Perform cost variance analysis and communicate findings
• Own the inventory accounting process end to end
• Design, document, and implement scalable cost accounting processes and internal controls
• Support monthly financial statements, program reporting, and annual audit
