Senior Accountant

tastytrade is seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee accounting operations and financial planning & analysis. This hybrid role in Chicago involves managing month-end close, assisting with forecasting, ensuring GAAP compliance, and collaborating on system enhancements. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of accounting experience and a CPA.

• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
• Assist FP&A team with business partnering and forecasting
• Manage and review account reconciliations, journal entries, and tax payments
• Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and internal control procedures
• Coordinate with external auditors
• Review work of accounting staff
