Accountant

VIAVI is seeking an Accountant in Stevenage to maintain accurate financial records, prepare reports, and assist with accounting functions. This role involves general ledger entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting month-end closing processes. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting or Finance, a professional accounting qualification, and proficiency in Oracle and Excel.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist in the preparation & review of monthly US GAAP TB
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
