Finance Analyst

As a Finance Analyst, you will manage the accounting, reconciliation, and forecasting of U.S. workforce costs, including salaries and freelance expenses. This visible role involves partnering across departments like Payroll and HR to ensure accurate financial reporting and support process redesigns. You will combine detailed accounting execution with analytical judgment to investigate exceptions and communicate findings.

• Reconcile salaries and freelance costs for month-end close
• Manage freelance tracking and identify cost savings opportunities
• Budget and track non-salary compensation and fringe benefits
• Partner with Payroll, HR, and business leaders
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with 2+ years of experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and automation tools
