Accountant/Auditor Senior

Join Lancaster County Behavioral Health and Developmental Services as an Accountant/Auditor Senior. In this role, you will be responsible for complex financial analysis, budget preparation, contract management, and financial reporting for a $30 million agency budget. You will play a key role in bridging the financial and operational aspects of our programs, ensuring compliance with government regulations and providing essential financial support to our team.

• Prepare budgets and financial analyses for a $30 million agency
• Manage accounts payable, contract negotiation, review, and compliance
• Prepare state and managerial financial reports
• Conduct and review provider audits
• Reconcile cash accounts and prepare bank reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with DPW fiscal regulations and GAAP
