Senior Loan Portfolio Analyst

Northmarq is seeking an experienced Senior Loan Portfolio Analyst for their Dallas, TX office. This role focuses on commercial mortgage risk management and customer service, involving financial statement analysis, loan surveillance, and managing borrower requests. The position offers a flexible hybrid work schedule.

• Analyze financial statements and rent rolls for commercial real estate loans
• Manage loan surveillance, watchlist, and reserve disbursement requests
• Analyze and process borrower consent requests
• Calculate and coordinate loan payoffs
• Ensure adherence to lender guidelines and investor requirements
• Provide customer service to lenders, borrowers, and internal teams
