Financial Accountant Co-Op

IKO is seeking a motivated Accounting Co-Op student to support our finance team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience with monthly financial reporting, tenant account management, and reconciliations. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your accounting skills in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

• Apply monthly rental payments and maintain tenant ledgers
• Prepare monthly bank and CAM/tax reconciliations
• Create and upload month-end accrual journal entries
• Generate financial reports and support year-end audits
• Assist with property analysis and budgeting
• Currently pursuing a post-secondary education in accounting
