Operations Finance Manager

Nordson is seeking an Operations Finance Manager to lead cost accounting for two manufacturing facilities in Georgia. This role involves providing technical costing expertise, managing a team of Controllers, and establishing greater structure and process discipline within the finance organization.

• Lead cost accounting department for global manufacturing and technology corporation
• Provide coaching, guidance, and clear expectations to the team
• Responsible for financial operations of two large complex manufacturing sites
• Serve as subject matter expert for cost accounting, standard costing, and manufacturing variances
• Partner closely with Operations and Finance leadership
• Gain deep understanding of Packaging business and operational complexities
