Job Cost Analyst

Emery Sapp & Sons is seeking a detail-oriented Job Cost Analyst to join our team in Columbia, MO. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing project costs, monitoring budgets, and providing crucial financial insights to support project management decisions. You will collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Analyze project costs including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Monitor project budgets and identify cost variances
• Prepare project cost reports and financial analyses
• Collaborate with project managers on financial reviews and cost-saving opportunities
• Assist with budget development and cost estimation
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 2+ years of job cost analysis experience
