Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Financial Analyst to join their Equity, Debt & Structured Finance team in New York City. This role supports deal execution, underwriting, client collaboration, and financial modeling for complex real estate transactions.

What we are looking for

Analyze client materials including financials, leases, and market data
Underwrite complex real estate transactions and prepare Offering Memorandums
Conduct market research and build financial models using Excel and Argus
Collaborate with clients and senior team members on pitches and presentations
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field
Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate finance, investment banking, or capital markets
