Lead Accountant

Lead Accountant role at MPC's Los Angeles Refinery, responsible for coordinating and performing financial accounting and reporting. This position involves monthly financial closeout, account reconciliations, budget development, and analysis, while also serving as a lead for the accounting department and assisting with special projects.

• Coordinate and perform financial accounting and reporting
• Prepare and coordinate monthly financial entries and account reconciliations
• Coordinate and participate in annual expense budget development and analysis
• Serve as the lead for the accounting department
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of Accounting/Finance experience
