Tax Manager, Domestic

Viatris is seeking a Domestic Tax Manager to provide broad support and leadership across all domestic tax functions, with a focus on Federal and State income tax. This role involves reviewing tax filings, preparing complex provision schedules, supporting audits, and assisting with tax planning and M&A due diligence. The position also includes leading tax technology efforts and mentoring junior staff.

• Review federal and state tax filings, extensions, and FBAR
• Prepare and review ASC 740 provision schedules
• Support IRS and state tax audits
• Assist with tax planning, legislation monitoring, and M&A due diligence
• Lead tax technology initiatives and continuous improvement
• Supervise and mentor tax department staff
