Manager, Accounting & Controllership

Carrier is seeking an Accounting & Controllership Manager to lead the monthly financial close, focusing on freight accounting and reporting. This role involves managing a team, driving process improvements, and ensuring accurate financial statements. The position follows a hybrid work model.

• Lead monthly financial close with focus on freight accounting
• Manage a team of direct reports and drive process improvements
• Oversee end-to-end freight accounting and reserves
• Drive automation initiatives using Excel, SAP BI/Analysis for Office
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies
• Support annual SOX initiatives and work with auditors
