Director, Inventory & Cost Accounting

Lead the buildout of inventory and cost accounting functions to support commercialization. This role is responsible for developing processes, policies, controls, and reporting for inventory valuation, cost of sales, and standard costing in accordance with U.S. GAAP. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Lead inventory and cost accounting function buildout
• Develop standard costs and manage variance analyses
• Subject matter expert for inventory accounting and U.S. GAAP
• Implement and optimize NetSuite workflows
• Oversee monthly/quarterly close activities and reporting
• Establish SOX-compliant controls and audit readiness
