About this role

Everfox is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Associate to ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial reporting across US and UK GAAP. This hybrid role involves supporting consolidated and statutory reporting, intercompany accounting, and audits, contributing directly to the company's success through technical accounting and process documentation.

What we are looking for

Assist with technical accounting, general ledger, financial reporting, and audits
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statement packages and analyze fluctuations
Prepare quarterly calculations and analysis for intercompany transactions
Support review of equity-award valuation entries
Prepare and maintain written SOPs for financial reporting processes
Prepare annual US consolidated and UK local statutory financial statements
