Cost Accountant

Barry-Wehmiller is seeking an entry-level Cost Accountant to analyze material, labor, and other expenses to determine production costs and cost of sales. This role offers broad accounting exposure through cross-functional collaboration and provides support for financial reporting and business decisions.

• Analyze material, labor, and other expenses to determine production costs
• Capture and classify cost data for products, projects, or departments
• Compare actual costs to historical or projected costs and report on variance
• Provide cost-related data for business decisions and financial reporting
• Participate in or oversee regular inventory cycle counts
• Basic accounting knowledge and 0-3 years of business experience required
