About this role

FTI Consulting is seeking a Manager for Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting to oversee external financial reporting, including 10-Q and 10-K filings. What we are looking for

Manage preparation and review of Form 10-K and 10-Q filings
Prepare technical accounting white papers for complex transactions
Consult with finance teams on accounting for revenue recognition, leases, and cloud computing
Assist with M&A implementation and purchase accounting
Consult with independent auditors on accounting matters
Requires 6+ years of finance/accounting experience and CPA license
