Ameriprise is seeking a Financial Advisory Support Analyst to assist financial advisors in providing exceptional client service. • Assist financial advisors with client servicing, trades, and transactions
• Prepare and summarize client meetings, including agendas and follow-ups
• Process and submit new business paperwork and track applications
• Coordinate marketing events and prepare compliance documentation
• Provide administrative support and assist with social media presence
• Help clients enroll and service Ameriprise tools
