Accounting Analyst Sr

Ayvens is seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to ensure the integrity of financial information and compliance with accounting standards. In this role, you will partner strategically with the business, ensuring the quality of accounting close, financial statements, and internal controls, while contributing to the company's operational excellence.

• Execute and review monthly accounting closes
• Prepare and analyze financial statements according to IFRS and BR GAAP
• Prepare explanatory notes and support for external audits
• Perform accounting reconciliations and ensure the integrity of balance sheet accounts
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in continuous improvement projects, process automation, and internal control strengthening
