Director, Financial Planning

Kinder's is seeking a Director of Financial Planning to lead the company's budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. This role is crucial for ensuring financial accuracy, alignment with strategic goals, and providing key insights to executive leadership. The ideal candidate will drive planning discipline, enhance forecasting standards, and contribute to the company's rapid growth.

• Own and govern annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and multi-year financial plans
• Establish and ensure adoption of forecasting standards and timelines
• Lead forecast accuracy analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
• Act as the central point of accountability for enterprise financial plans
• Facilitate executive review meetings and highlight risks/recommendations
• Partner with leaders in Sales, Marketing, and Operations for cross-functional planning
