Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst will perform complex financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting to support the Faculty of Arts. You will provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership, manage financial operations for specific units, and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations. This role is crucial for effective financial decision-making and planning within the Faculty.

• Perform complex financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting
• Develop financial models and prepare budgets/projections
• Provide senior-level financial advice and guidance
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Manage operational financial activities and resolve financial issues
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, UBC, and Faculty policies
