Alternance – Comptable Mandant (H/F)

This apprenticeship role is for a Client Accountant at Evoriel, a real estate administration company. You will manage client portfolios, handle commercial and accounting aspects of property management mandates, and ensure client satisfaction through accurate financial reporting and advice. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in real estate accounting while pursuing your Bac+3 in real estate.

• Manage and grow client portfolios in property administration
• Handle commercial and accounting follow-up of mandates
• Prospect, negotiate, and close new property management contracts
• Ensure accounting integration of mandates (fund calls, receipts)
• Perform accounting for management and co-ownership mandates
• Prepare accounting and tax documents for clients
