Client Accountant

This role is responsible for performing full-cycle accounting, including cash and accrual management, general ledger accounting, and financial reporting. You will apply established accounting principles to produce high-quality work for multiple clients, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting packages.

• Perform full cycle accounting including analysis of accounts and transactions
• Prepare and assist with cash management, AP, AR, accruals, and reconciliations
• Prepare comprehensive financial reporting packages
• Review fixed asset ledgers and calculate straight-line rent
• Collaborate with clients and property management
• Assist with internal and external audits
