Senior Financial Analyst

Clio is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A team. You will own key aspects of our company-wide financial planning and reporting, including the annual operating plan, forecasts, and investor materials. This role requires strong financial modeling skills, a deep understanding of SaaS business models, and the ability to collaborate effectively across the organization.

• Own annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, and long-range plan
• Lead budget vs. actuals analysis and provide actionable commentary
• Prepare executive, Board, and investor reporting materials
• Forecast cash flow and balance sheet items
• Build models for scenario analysis and strategic initiatives
• Improve planning systems and data integrity
