About this role
Colliers is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their St. Louis Park office. This role will provide expert financial and lease analysis to support capital markets and investment sales operations, primarily using ARGUS Enterprise and Excel. You will perform complex real estate financial analysis, operate financial models, and collaborate with internal teams and clients.

- Operate and optimize sophisticated financial models
- Perform lease, tenant, and property level financial analysis
- Support transaction management and brokerage services
- Collaborate with brokers and client teams on pitch books and offering memoranda
- Explore integration of AI into the analysis process
