Senior Finance Analyst

Sanofi is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for their Controlling Operations Team in Bogota. This role involves providing daily controlling support, managing personnel costs, and ensuring financial accuracy. You will also contribute to process improvement, automation, and the evolution of the company's controlling model.

• Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities
• Manage Personnel Costs controlling
• Prepare financial analysis and variance reporting
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on transformation initiatives
• Advanced Excel, SAP, and TM1 knowledge required
