Financial Controller

Polypipe is seeking a commercially minded Financial Controller to lead the Sky Garden / Permavoid Finance team. This highly visible role involves partnering with the Senior Leadership Team to provide financial insights, drive performance improvements, and influence business decisions. You will own financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, while also championing continuous improvement in financial processes and data utilization.

• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Provide financial insight to Senior Leadership Team
• Drive improvements in P&L, working capital, cash flow, and capex
• Challenge and influence financial data usage across the business
• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA)
• Experience in a large or listed business reporting environment
