Senior Accountant - C&B

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Accountant for Compensation & Benefits in Hyderabad, India. This role will oversee global compensation and benefits accounting, manage month-end close processes, ensure SOX compliance, and collaborate with global finance teams. The ideal candidate has a strong background in General Ledger accounting and US GAAP.

• Own monthly close deliverables for global comp & benefits accounting
• Prepare and maintain SOX documentation
• Perform monthly and quarterly financial statement flux variance analyses
• Serve as SME and point of contact for cross-functional teams
• Identify automation and streamlining opportunities
• Lead special projects and process improvements
