Lead Financial Analyst, FP&A

Broadridge is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst for FP&A to partner with the RFS management team, providing insights through detailed reporting and analytics. This hybrid role involves delivering monthly, annual, and strategic financial budgets, including variance analysis, and collaborating with business partners to drive sound business decisions.

• Provide accurate financial and variance analysis for monthly actuals, forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans
• Partner with Financial Accounting for month-end close support
• Build relationships with business partners to analyze financial performance, risks, and opportunities
• Track product revenue, sales pipeline, and expenses, understanding product profitability
• Identify and implement process improvements within the FP&A function
• Participate in ad-hoc Finance projects
