Financial Plan & Analysis Specialist with English

Accenture is seeking a Financial Plan & Analysis Specialist in Bucharest to drive operational finance performance. This role involves managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, partnering with HR and stakeholders on workforce cost planning, and supporting period-end closing activities. The specialist will analyze financial results, perform P&L analysis, and contribute to governance and process improvement initiatives.

• Monitor KPIs and support business performance reporting
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and employment cost planning
• Prepare monthly financial forecasts, reports, and variance analysis
• Partner with HR Business Partners on workforce cost planning
• Analyze financial results and provide insights on Actual vs. Budget performance
• Contribute to continuous process improvement
