Associate Manager, Financial Accounting and Control

This role supports senior management by preparing, developing, and analyzing financial information to drive informed decision-making for stability, growth, and profitability. You will focus on core accounting skills, working across business divisions to ensure accuracy in financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and adherence to internal controls.

• Prepare and review month-end accounts close for P&L and Balance Sheet accuracy
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations and substantiations
• Support external audit processes and address auditor requests
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and group policies
• Collaborate on continuous improvement activities and system implementations
• Partner with various finance teams including Entity Accountants and Group Reporting
