About this role

Manage the full accounting cycle for retail shopping centers, including financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations. Partner with property management teams and clients to provide financial insights and support strategic planning for property performance.

What we are looking for

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Perform monthly account reconciliations
Coordinate annual budget preparation and quarterly forecasts
Serve as primary finance contact for property management and client stakeholders
Monitor compliance with lease agreements and accounting policies
