Analyst - Financial Management

JLL is seeking a Financial Management Analyst to join their Lease Administration team in Gurugram. This role involves abstracting critical information from leases, managing data in lease databases, and preparing various financial reports. You will liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure accuracy and compliance with lease requirements.

• Abstract critical information from leases and contracts
• Manage and maintain lease administration databases
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and variance reports
• Reconcile operational expenses and generate AP/AR reports
