Senior Financial Analyst

Safelite is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their finance team in Columbus, OH. This role involves providing financial insights, supporting strategic decisions, and improving financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. You will partner with business leaders, translate financial data into actionable recommendations, and mentor junior team members.

• Build and maintain accurate budgets, forecasts, and risk/opportunity assessments
• Develop financial models to forecast performance and identify trends
• Interpret and communicate financial analysis results to senior management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other finance departments
• Provide accurate and timely reports to senior management
• Mentor more junior team members
