Finance Accountant

This role is responsible for managing financial reporting and analysis for German legal entities, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and German statutory requirements. You will coordinate month-end and year-end closing, perform variance analysis, and support administrative and tax-related activities as a key business partner to local management and the EMEA Finance organization.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages
• Ensure accurate accounting records in accordance with US GAAP and German statutory requirements
• Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities
• Perform variance analysis and provide actionable business insights
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations and oversee general ledger integrity
• Support tax filings and coordinate with external tax advisors
