Associate Manager, Financial Accounting and Control

Manage financial accounting and control services for LSEG subsidiaries, focusing on process improvement, service delivery, and stakeholder management. This role is key to the Finance CoE, requiring strong project management, technical accounting skills, and proactive relationship building.

• Manage financial reporting and control services for LSEG subsidiaries
• Standardize processes, document procedures, and build team resilience
• Onboard new activities and align processes to the target operating model
• Ensure adherence to LSEG policies and financial controls
• Support external audits and group projects, including system implementations
• Partner with Entity Accountants, Financial Controllers, and Reporting teams
