Analyst, Accounting

As an Accounting Analyst at Baxter, you will manage accounting activities for various entities within a region, requiring a strong understanding of complex accounting matters and problem-solving skills. You will collaborate with finance and non-finance teams to ensure adherence to policies, support reporting requirements, and contribute to process improvements in a multinational healthcare environment.

• Prepare manual journals and complex accounting variance analysis
• Manage reserves such as E&O and NRV
• Complete account reconciliations and provide audit support
• Support regional and global reporting and close processes
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or 50-75% career completion with 2+ years of accounting experience
