Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst for Financial Planning & Analysis to manage monthly closes, forecasts, and annual plans for the Transfer Solutions division. This role involves partnering with finance teams, analyzing variances, ensuring data integrity, and developing executive-level reports and dashboards.

• Own and lead monthly close, forecast, and annual plan cycles for Transfer Solutions
• Support financial close process through variance analysis and business commentary
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in enterprise planning systems
• Develop and deliver executive-level reporting and dashboards
• Drive process improvement and automation in FP&A
• Apply strategic understanding of business dynamics and competitive forces
