Manager M&A Accounting

Carrier is seeking a Manager of M&A Accounting to support the accounting and reporting for acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures. This role involves assisting with deal accounting, coordinating work plans, and performing technical accounting analysis. The position is part of a four-person team based at the company's headquarters.

• Support accounting for acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures
• Assist with strategic and tactical aspects of deal accounting
• Coordinate execution of accounting work plans
• Perform technical accounting analysis
• Support goodwill and intangibles impairment testing
• Supervise M&A accruals/invoices
