Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting

PacificSource is seeking a Senior Accountant to prepare GAAP, statutory, and regulatory financial reporting for the company and its subsidiaries. This role involves managing the income tax provision and compliance cycle for regulated insurance entities across multiple states and lines of business. You will also contribute to audits, process improvements, and collaborate with various finance functions.

• Prepare monthly internal GAAP financial statements and management reporting package
• Prepare quarterly and annual NAIC statutory statements and state-required financial reports
• Prepare risk-based capital (RBC) calculations and capital projections
• Consolidate and analyze financial results across entities
• Contribute to annual external CPA statutory audits and regulatory examinations
• Identify and implement process-improvement and automation opportunities
