Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis

Join Mastercard's Finance team as an Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis in Warsaw. You will support business growth by providing insights into customer revenues and profitability, manage forecasting and budgeting processes, and partner with the Sales team to identify risks and opportunities. This role is ideal for a motivated and analytical individual passionate about customer experience.

• Support month-end close activities for revenue recognition and reporting
• Prepare and monitor revenue, expense, and driver forecasts and budgets
• Partner with Sales to monitor customer performance and identify business insights
• Monitor customer rebates and incentives, and cooperate on billing to prevent revenue leakage
• Manage local bank accounts and petty cash
• Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and local regulations
