Tax Manager - Corporate Finance

The Standard is seeking a dynamic Tax Manager to lead key tax and compliance functions within our corporate finance division. This hands-on leadership role involves overseeing tax return preparation, managing complex tax provisions, conducting tax research, and supervising tax audits. You will provide technical and leadership direction to professional staff, identify tax reduction opportunities, and ensure effective internal controls.

• Manage federal and state tax compliance and provision functions
• Oversee preparation and review of tax returns and provisions
